2. Counter-Notification

If content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  1. Your contact details

  2. Identification of removed content

  3. Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief

  4. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in [your district]

  5. Physical/electronic signature

We will forward counter-notices to the original complainant. Content may be restored in 10-14 business days unless legal action is taken.

3. Repeat Infringers

CraveCraft reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy. Changes become effective upon posting.
