These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CraveCraft’s AI-powered cybersecurity services, including CraveCraft Sentinel (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  • “Service”: CraveCraft Sentinel and related cyber security solutions.
  • “Customer”: the individual or entity using the Service.
  • “Data”: Information processed by the Service, including security telemetry and user input.
  1. Account Registration and Eligibility
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
  • The Service is intended for businesses and individuals aged 16+.
  1. LICENSE AND USE RESTRICTIONS

CraveCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal cyber security purposes.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You cannot:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Service.
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the safety of others.
  • Bypass security measures or access unauthorized data.
  1. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
  • Customer Data: You retain ownership of the data you submit. CraveCraft only processes it to provide the Service (see Privacy Policy).
  • Security Telemetry: Aggregate behavioral analytics can be used to improve threat detection.
  1. Payment and Billing
  • Fees as specified in your subscription plan.
  • Auto-renewal applies unless canceled 30 days prior to renewal.
  • Refunds are at CraveCraft’s discretion, except where legally required.
  1. Service Availability and Changes
  • CraveCraft aims for 24/7 uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may update, suspend or discontinue features with notice.
  1. Termination
  • You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
  • CraveCraft may terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, access to the Service terminates immediately.
  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • “AS IS” SERVICE: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • No Guarantee of Protection: CraveCraft does not guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats.
  • Limitation of Liability: CraveCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (eg, loss of data, business interruption).
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CraveCraft against claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Service.
  • Violation of these Terms or the rights of third parties.
  1. Governing Law and Disputes
